The three awards for Best Papers, made possible by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, went to the following:

"Women Entrepreneurs Taking Action: The Key Role of Personal Initiative for Spousal Support and Business Growth after Training" (Best Junior Faculty Paper), authored by Kathrin Wolf and Michael Frese
