CWEL: Supports Faculty Innovation, Research and Collaboration

The CWEL convenes faculty and staff to share gender related research, communicate the latest gender related news, and celebrate diversity. Current activities include the following:

Under the leadership of Faculty Director, Marjorie Feld, CWEL sponsors Faculty Gender Research Luncheons, where Babson faculty share their diverse research interests and plan cooperative research and teaching projects. October luncheon features Babson faculty gender research, and November luncheon welcomes Olin faculty to share their research on gender and engineering.

W-Biz Panel Study of Women Entrepreneurs: CWEL partnered with The Center for Women’s Business Research and Key Bank to support the only nation-wide study of women business owners. Go to https://www.w-bizinsight.org/

The Center facilitates a Faculty Gender Research email list and BlackBoard site, to share announcements about research and grant opportunities as well as campus events and initiatives
