Launched in 2008, the AshokaU Changemaker Campus Consortium establishes institutional partnerships with select North American universities, and then works with teams of entrepreneurial students and faculty to accelerate their growth as hubs of social innovation. Babson College was awarded Ashoka’s 2011 Social Innovators Award. One of five winners, Babson was awarded this honor for its innovation in teaching social entrepreneurship. The School of Visual Arts
The Lewis Institute has partnered with the MFA Design for Social Innovation at School of Visual Arts to present the 2013 Babson Forum on Social Innovation. The MFA in Design for Social Innovation at SVA is the first program of its kind to prepare designers for a career in social impact. It is geared toward designers seeking meaningful and engaging work through which they can make a significant contribution to society. The program also is designed for graduates in other disciplines who want to learn to harness the power of design to create positive change and transformation.

Founded in 1985, the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship has a history of leadership in corporate citizenship research and education. The center engages 400 member companies and more than 10,000 individuals annually to share knowledge and expertise about the practice of corporate citizenship.
The Initiative for Responsible Investment
The Initiative for Responsible Investment at the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations serves as a research center on fundamental issues and theories underlying the ability of financial markets to promote wealth creation across asset classes, while creating a stronger society and a healthier environment. The IRI accomplishes its mission by developing and presenting original research, providing a platform for dialogue, and taking practical action around issues of importance to the responsible investment community.
