As Communications and Development Associate for The Lewis Institute’s Youth Entrepreneurial Leadership Programs, Erika is responsible for designing and implementing the brand identity and marketing strategy of Activating Babson’s Pre-College Curriculum and the signature Summer Study for High School Students program. In addition, she supports public relations efforts, community and corporate partnerships, and social media accounts for all of Youth Program’s offerings.
Erika received her BA in English from Boston University and started her career as a grant writer for a Boston-area youth non-profit. After a career shift into sales, she later discovered her passion for marketing and communications through launching a rebranding campaign for a real estate company.
Beyond Babson, Erika enjoys studying social media trends for small businesses. She also has a passion for photography, including photo styling and post-production photo editing.
