Mr. Bagley is the Program Director of The Babson Boston Cup. The Babson Boston Cup is a program of the Babson Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy, an entrepreneurial development organization serving high school students worldwide.

As the Program Director of the Babson Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy, Peter is responsible for leading growth strategy and tactical implementation of this co-curricular initiative in partnership with K-12 institutions and organizations. The Cup's mission is to expand the practice of Entrepreneurship of All Kinds™ through innovative co-curricular programs with high school students. BELA students practice and live entrepreneurship through the discovery process of new venture initiatives, in addition to building and leading teams and implementing ideas within their community. Students develop these initiatives in teams at their school and compete at the school and regional level for resources to launch their idea including seed money or a summer incubation program.

BELA provides a platform to expand the reach and exposure of entrepreneurship, to embrace and celebrate entrepreneurs of all kinds, and to put the power of entrepreneurship as a force for economic and social value creation in secondary schools. By delivering innovative   programs, BELA works to integrate social innovation and social entrepreneurship into their curriculum and co-curricular activities. Employing Entrepreneurial Thought & Action® as Babson’s key methodology for spurring social innovation in secondary schools develops Babson as the “go to place“ for global social entrepreneurship resources, activities, relationships, networks, and knowledge. These initiatives will enable Babson to serve as an educator, amplifier, accelerator and communicator of the positive impacts of social entrepreneurship in all forms.

In 2013 Peter was appointed to the UMass Entrepreneurship Center Executive Board. The Executive Board works at the Entrepreneurship Center and with the Director on new courses, programs and special projects. Mr. Bagley was the Founder & Board President of a private college preparatory high school located in Boston MA. Peter has served on the Board of Education for the Archdiocesan of Boston, and served as interim Executive Director for EV Kids in Boston. EVKids is a Boston based after-school tutoring program for inner-city students from disadvantaged neighborhoods in Boston to help them succeed in school and beyond.
