Howard Gross has spent his career focused as a CEO/equity holder of mid-sized, industrial manufacturing companies. As CEO/COO, he has led three privately controlled companies to significant revenue and profitability growth, by concentrating upon new products, market segmentation growth and operating cost control. All three companies were subsequently sold to Fortune 500 or private investors. He has been personally involved in eight M&A transactions as an operator/owner. He currently consults to mostly private, mid-sized companies on strategic and operating issues. Gross earned an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in economics and mathematics, Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University.
