Dr. Deneault currently serves in three roles at Babson. As Vice Provost, he is responsible for the financial affairs of the academic unit and assists the Provost in the overall management of the academic enterprise at the College. As Vice President for Finance, Deneault serves as the College’s chief financial officer and is responsible for financial reporting and budgeting college-wide. Deneault has also taught for thirty-two years in various disciplines, including accounting, entrepreneurship and management. He currently teaches in the College’s much heralded Foundation Management Experience (FME) course.
A 1990 recipient of the Walter H. Carpenter Prize for Exceptional Contributions to Babson College, Dr. Deneault has previous served as Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and as Dean, Graduate Programs. As Graduate Dean, he introduced the International MBA Concentration, Certificate in Advanced Management Studies, and Materiel Acquisition Management Program.
As a faculty member, Deneault developed and participated in a variety of management training programs focused on program budgeting for municipal governments and urban and statewide law enforcement organizations. He is also co-author of a case book in Marketing and has contributed numerous chapters for a published text in Promotional Management.
