David Dinwoodey

Adjunct Lecturer


Mr. Dinwoodey is an Adjunct Lecturer, teaching the Business Law 1300 course.  He first practiced law as an attorney with the Federal government and in the in-house legal department of a national real estate development company.  Mr. Dinwoodey then joined a Boston law firm and worked as one of its business law partners for over 20 years, specializing in complex business financings and related transactions.  He also represented several Massachusetts municipalities.  Mr. Dinwoodey now has his own solo law practice in Needham, focusing on representing smaller businesses and non-profits.   Mr. Dinwoodey is a long-time resident of Wellesley and has been active in Town government in various capacities for many years.
