Michael Mozill

Part-time Lecturer

Michael Mozill is a 2003 graduate of Babson’s MBA program and has taught at Babson since January 2007.  He and his wife, Debra, moved from West Newton to Wellesley in 2011.  Born in Brooklyn, NY (but a life-long Red Sox fan), Michael received a BS in biology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1976.  From 1977 to 1986, he worked in blood banking.  He left the field in 1986 to begin his own company, SBB Equipment Corporation, where he is the sole-employee in his business of selling and servicing automotive repair equipment and supplies.  In 1994, he ventured a similar project: The Alvis Company, an on-line business (www.alvisco.com).  As he winds down those businesses, he is the Northeast US sales representative for ModuLube, Modular Fast Lube Facilities and Chief Marketing and Customer Marketing Officer for Worldwide Beauty Exchange (www.WWBE247.com), an on-line distributor of professional beauty industry products.

Michael has been married since 1983 to Debra (formerly the Senior Director of Program Management for Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Lexington, MA); and they are the proud parents of two sons; Brian (25 and a recent graduate of Champlain College, Burlington, VT – Education Major) and Adam (28 and a 2007 graduate of Bryant University, Smithfield, RI – Marketing Major, working for EMC, Inside Sales Representative, Franklin, MA).

Michael was Voted "PROFESSOR OF THE YEAR" by the Undergraduate Class of 2012.
