Six Babson Community Members Nominated for BostInno's 50 on Fire

The College sponsors its own “5 on Fire” contest to recognize current students

As part of its 50 on Fire event, BostInno is recognizing the city’s inventors, disrupters, luminaries, and newsmakers across all industries in Boston. Out of more than 2000 submissions, Babson community members make up 6 of the final nominees. 50 on Fire winners will be announced at an event on Tuesday, March 26 at the John Joseph Moakley Courthouse. In the spirit of community, Babson College sponsored its own “5 on Fire” contest. Winners were chosen by a panel of faculty, staff, alumni, and students, and contest winners are invited to attend the BostInno 50 on Fire event with Babson community members and nominees.

Current graduate and undergraduate students were nominated that best exemplify Babson’s mission of creating economic and social value everywhere. The nominees are “inventors, disrupters, luminaries, and newsmakers” within the Babson community.
