Take the IAT (Implicit Association Test) test to learn insights about your own unconscious or automatic biases about diversity and differences. We all have hidden biases that we may not realize, but your willingness to examine them is an important step in understanding stereotypes in our society and how Babson is continuing to enrich our diversity and inclusion initiatives. There are several options to gain insight, but we strongly recommend that you start by taking the tests for race, gender, sexuality, disability or skin tone.
Only Project Implicit has access to your anonymous responses for research purposes.
Further information on Project Implicit:

The goal of the organization is to educate the public about hidden biases and to provide a "virtual laboratory" for collecting data on the Internet.
