International Education Week
November 3-7, 2014
International Education Week (IEW) is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This annual initiative promotes international understanding and builds support for international education and exchange. IEW encourages programs that prepare citizens to live and work in a global environment. This joint initiative of the U.S. Departments of State and Education is celebrated in more than 100 countries worldwide. Here at Babson, International Education Week is recognized as an important part of our identity. It is an opportunity to share our individual and collective culture. This year we mark our 11th year of participation in the celebration of International Education Week.
Fall 2014 Education Abroad Photo Contest
In celebration of International Education Week, Education & Electives Abroad at Babson in the Glavin Office of Multicultural & International Education are sponsoring a campus-wide Education Abroad Photo Contest. Faculty, staff, and students have entered their photos from their experiences overseas.
All members of the Babson Community has the opportunity to vote for one photo, which will win the Viewer's Choice Award. If you want to see the photos in person, the photos will be on display in Reynolds October 27-31. The winners will be announced during International Education Week (November 3-7).
