The Trustees of Babson College are delighted to welcome all delegates, and thank you for your participation in the academic procession for the inauguration of Kerry Healey.

Below, please find the necessary information on the schedule of events, robing, lineup, the procession, and ceremony details. For further information, please email the Events Management Office or call 781-239-5265.

Delegates will have reserved parking located in the Upper Athletic Parking Deck, located between the Webster Athletic Center and the Babson Executive Conference Center. Signs will be posted. See campus map for further details.


Noon Inauguration Luncheon and Check-in – Babson Executive Conference Center
Delegates are invited to attend the Inauguration Luncheon on our campus at the Babson Executive Conference Center, and may check in at this location.
1 p.m. Robing and LineupWebster Athletic Center
Delegates will check in at the Webster Athletic Center if they have not already done so at the Inauguration Luncheon. All delegates will robe and line up on the track according to the founding year of their institution. Guests of delegates are not required to report to the Webster Athletic Center, but may go directly to the Inauguration Tent on the Isbrandtsen Upper Athletic Field.
Please Note: Delegates should arrange for regalia through their institution.
2:15 p.m. The Academic Procession
Led by the Chief Marshal, the academic procession begins at the Webster Athletic Center and heads to the Inauguration Ceremony, held under a tent on the Isbrandtsen Upper Athletic Field. We ask that you please dress appropriately for the weather.
2:30 p.m. Presidential Inauguration CeremonyIsbrandtsen Upper Athletic Field
Reception immediately following the Presidential Inauguration Ceremony.
