Words That Changed My Life
“If not now, when?” (on a wooden plaque above my desk)
Babson exposed me to people outside of my little world. The diversity of Babson classes brought me outside my world of marketing and operations, but also gave me an opportunity to meet people whose expertise was so different than mine. I was able to learn from them, while at the same time learning with them.
My Proudest Moment in Business
I enjoyed the day we incorporated, and the day we landed our first customer, but my proudest moment in business is yet to come.
My Personal Brand
Those who know me, know me as a connector. If they are looking to meet a certain person or learn a certain thing, they can come to me. If I don’t know that person or that thing, I will help them find the answer. It makes me both a valuable contact in the business world, but more than that, it makes me a valuable friend.
How I Define Entrepreneurship
It’s the opportunity to build something from the ground up, whether business entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, or an entirely different field—to do something that can be great.
