What words have changed your life?

When I was growing up, my father always said that it doesn’t matter what you do in life so long as you strive to be the very best at what you do. I still follow this guiding principle today.

What is your proudest moment in business?

After graduating from Babson’s undergraduate and MSA programs, I took the CPA exam and received the Elijah Watt Sells Award for scoring among the top 15 of 93,000 examinees nationwide. I attribute my success largely to the extraordinary accounting education I received at Babson from top-notch professors.

What do others need to know about Babson?

Babson is an amazing business school, and the curriculum is well-rounded. While Babson is known for excelling in entrepreneurship, the College has incredible management, accounting, and finance programs as well. Even prospective students who have no intention of starting their own businesses should seriously consider Babson.

How do you define entrepreneurship?

Entrepreneurship involves developing a holistic understanding of how a business should function, not accepting the status quo as an answer, and implementing innovative ideas. Accomplished entrepreneurs are successful because they understand all aspects of a business’s operations and are unwilling to accept tired thinking.
