Classroom Involvement – Join our faculty in the classroom as a guest speaker or sponsor an educational case study.
Connect on Campus – Set up an information table in high-traffic areas at Babson to build awareness and meet students.
Employer in Residence – Meet students individually during walk-in hours on campus to review résumés, cover letters, and answer general career-related questions from a recruiter or hiring manager’s perspective.
On-Campus Company Information Session – Deliver a company overview to a group of students on campus.
Career Corner (undergraduate) – Meet with students in the Reynolds Campus Center at an informal information booth session.
Experience the Industry Trips (undergraduate) – Invite a top group of pre-selected students to experience your industry and profession (typical visits are 1½ hours).
Externships (undergraduate) – Allow a student to job shadow for one, two, or three days, during school breaks.
Industry and Function Executive Panels (graduate) – Join us as an industry panelist during an industry-focused event, giving a brief overview of your company as well as a snapshot of your functional area of expertise as it relates to current industry trends and challenges.
Student Site Visits (graduate) – Host a group of pre-selected students at your offices for an office tour and presentation from hiring managers and/or human resources.
