2011 Eco Rep Symposium
Brought to you by GreenerU
Hosted by Babson College in Wellesley, MA
The 2011 Eco Rep Symposium brough together the region’s most passionate student leaders for sustainability. Students had the opportunity to share insights from their campus experiences and build networks to tap into for future sustainable ventures.
Brought to you by GreenerU and hosted by Babson College, the symposium was designed with the help of students, for the students. Schools were not required to have a formal Eco Rep program to attend.
The Symposium served as a collaborative space to share and learn about successful student engagement programs for sustainability. School representatives who attended gained insight into the key challenges facing Eco Reps or similar model programs and strategies to overcome them. The first Eco Rep Symposium also received an incredibly positive response and was held by Tufts University in 2009.
