As executive director of the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Babson College, Susan Duffy’s passion is to empower women to fulfill their entrepreneurial destinies. Before coming to Babson, Duffy was the co-owner of a commercial construction company, owned and operated the Ho-Lee-Chow Chinese Food franchise restaurant, and held leadership roles in the healthcare industry.

Heatherjean MacNeil is a startup junkie who launched her first venture, Proxy Apparel, in 2008. As CEO and founder of Proxy Apparel, an ethical fashion company, she designed several women’s apparel collections and built international, fashion supply chains that supported women-owned factories and cooperatives around the world. MacNeil sees entrepreneurship as a way of life and is driven to accelerate the success of women entrepreneurs.
