As a member of the Executive Education program team, Carlen Adler is responsible for the planning and execution of corporate and open enrollment programs delivered on campus and worldwide. She enjoys working with faculty, clients, and program participants to ensure that programs run smoothly, and is known by her colleagues for her ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure. Prior to joining BEE, she worked at Brown University’s Office of Biomedical Advancement for six years, where she organized the logistical planning and program coordination for 50 to 80 on-campus and regional events annually. She earned her BA in theatre/communication arts from Allegheny College, and is working on her MBA here at Babson.
Associate Director, Program Operations
As a key member of the Operations team, Janet Dewsnap’s role includes the oversight of business processes and leveraging software and technology to optimize and streamline the business, and improve efficiency, productivity, and data integrity. She also supports the program delivery team and manages world-class executive and educator programs, collaborating with our diverse and dynamic global clients in Asia, Europe, and South America/Latin America. Prior to joining Babson, she gained valuable experience with a startup, honing skills in operations, strategy, client relations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in Canada, and speaks conversational Cantonese.
Caren Goldberg joined the BEE team as a program coordinator in February of 2015. In her role, she supports the faculty and participants to deliver successful and enjoyable programs. Prior to this, Caren was a stock trader for a mutual fund company. Caren earned her BA in economics from Clark University and her MBA from Babson College.
Janice Kennes has been working at Babson Executive Education since March 2014. She supports custom and open enrollment programs, and enjoys working with BEE team, faculty, and participants to ensure a successful program. She brings more than 20 years of administrative experience, working at General Cinema, General Dynamics, and the YMCA. She also is a certified personal trainer, and loves to help people get stronger.
Senior Director, Business Development
As senior director, Evelyn Lager is responsible for developing custom solutions for Babson Executive Education’s corporate clients. As such, she works closely with corporate partners to identify the needs of the organization and build a Babson team to develop highly customized solutions. She has more than 10 years of experience in program design and account management. She was born and raised in Switzerland, and, before joining Babson, was a founding member of the ‘Swissnex’ Science and Educational Consulate of Switzerland. As such, she has developed and implemented strategic activities and relations for entrepreneurs, scientists, academics, and business professionals. She is fluent in English, German, and French, and earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Boston College and her MBA from Babson College.
Assistant Manager, Business Development
Dayle Lipsky’s efforts often serve as a gateway for people within the business community who seek the type of high-quality leadership development services for which Babson is known. By supporting Open Enrollment programs and generating leads for the Business Development team, she plays an important role in introducing customers to programming that provides a meaningful return on their investment. With more than 19 years of experience within the hospitality industry, she is accustomed to putting clients first. No stranger to Babson, for 11 years she built customer relationships for the company that managed the Babson Executive Conference Center.
Director, Business Development
Gisela Lokpez brings her unique and extensive experience as a financial professional and woman entrepreneur to BEEE. She has not only worked in the banking, finance, and energy services industries, but also founded her own boutique-consulting firm that focused on the Ibero-American market. She has international exposure as a strategist in corporate and family business financial projects for growth, M&A, and wealth management, as well as international negotiations. She works with a broad range of clients to design and develop programs that support the development of leaders at all levels of the organization.
Senior Director, Business Development
Vinod Radhakeesoon serves as senior director at Babson Executive and Enterprise Education. An international sales and business growth executive operating within the consulting and education management arenas with more than 20 years of progressive experience across three continents, he utilizes his knowledge of enterprise models in high-growth environments to integrate sales, marketing, operations, and delivery for converting touch point interactions into new business opportunities. He is particularly skillful at building consensus from stakeholders across the enterprise, fostering high degrees of trust and confidence on the part of business owners, executives, internal teams, third parties, and vendors.He earned his MBA from Cardiff Business School from the University of Wales, U.K., and his BS in business management with French (Honors) from the School of Humanities.
Cathy Shea is responsible for identifying new opportunities and resources for residential, global, and virtual program delivery. She represents BEE in a wide variety of client relationships and also works closely with the team and the college to identify faculty resources for expanded program offerings and development support for faculty. She has nearly 25 years of experience in university-based executive education serving in a number of roles including marketing, business development, and operations for both open enrollment and custom programs. Prior to joining university administration, she served as an aide to a U.S. congressman from Connecticut. She earned her BA in political science and history from Boston College.
Mary Siegel has been working at Babson Executive Education since March 2004. She currently serves as program manager for custom and open enrollment programs. She enjoys the challenge of coordinating all of the aspects of a successfully run executive education program and the opportunity to interact with BEE’s diversified clientele. Prior to joining BEE, she worked as a Human Resource Benefits Consultant for two large corporations. She also spent several years at a privately owned medical device company in the position of manager of Administrative Services.
Kerry Sullivan has worked at Babson Executive Education since September 2013. Currently, she manages the Babson Build program, BEEE's flagship program for university students, as well as custom and open enrollment programs for corporate and university clients. She enjoys meeting clients and participants from all over the world and sharing the Babson experience with them. Kerry received her MBA from Babson in 2017 with a concentration in Marketing. When she's not on campus, Kerry enjoys traveling, sailing, and horse-back riding.
