As the first center ever focused on women entrepreneurial leaders at a business school, Babson's Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) educates and empowers women to create social and economic impact as they reach their full leadership potential. During this session, Susan Duffy, CWEL's Executive Director, and two current graduate students will share how The Center provides a diverse set of opportunities for women through their cross-campus collaborations and award-winning programs, which include:
- The Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab accelerator for women entrepreneurs looking to scale and transform businesses.
- Babson Association of Women MBAs (BAWMBA), a student-led organization offering opportunities to build networks and develop leadership skills.
- CWEL Graduate Mentor Program, providing experience in building a personal board of coaches by connecting graduate women to senior-level leaders.
