Information for Admitted Summer Study Students
Congratulations on being admitted to Summer Study for High School Students. Welcome to the Babson community!
* Students who apply for financial aid should not expect to receive a decision about their financial aid eligibility until the end of the application process. Those students may delay depositing until their financial aid decision is received.
Program fee including tuition, room and board, insurance and activities
A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required three weeks after receiving your admission phone call to hold your place in the program. Please follow the directions on the website to make that payment. Students who apply for financial aid should not expect to receive a decision about their financial aid eligibility until the end of the application process. Those students may delay depositing until their financial aid decision is received.
A second non-refundable deposit of $2000 is included in the balance due on June 1st.
Massachusetts State law requires all students who are enrolled in a full time program to show proof that they have health insurance meeting certain coverage requirements from a U.S. based company while attending a college or university in Massachusetts. The Student Health Insurance Plan for Babson College students is underwritten by Blue Cross/Blue Shield and managed by University Health Plans. This plan exceeds the state requirements. All students will be enrolled in this plan.
Methods of Payment
You can send checks and money orders to Student Financial Services. Please make payable to Babson College and mail to Student Financial Services, Babson College, P.O. Box 57310, Babson Park, MA 02457.

You can pay online with
Tuition Management Systems. You can make payment from a checking account, savings account, or with one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, American Express and Discover. - Provide the information requested and confirm payment
We accept cash, checks, and money orders in person at Student Financial Services, 3rd floor Hollister.
If the student is unable to attend the program for any reason, please refer to the following schedule for our refund policy.

* Students who are dismissed from the program for policy violations will not receive a refund of any amount.
