Visiting Students are welcome at Babson, either for a summer program or for the whole year.
High School Students
Babson’s Summer Study for High School Students allows high school students to use the summer to advance their knowledge of business and entrepreneurship and understand how to make a difference in the world. Students become part of a collaborative collegiate community that works together to gain the tools and hands-on experience to impact and reshape organizations, industries, and the world while practicing Babson’s unique method of Entrepreneurial Thought and Action® before even applying to college.
Summer Study includes a residential program, Babson Entrepreneurial Development Experience: Entrepreneurship of All Kinds, which immerses students in classes and real world experiences to learn the ins and outs of starting a business. . Babson also collaborates with Envision to offer the High School Business & Entrepreneurship Summer Conference to help students advance their business and leadership knowledge.
The Global Leadership Development Experience invites a select number of Babson students and passionate social entrepreneurs from partner colleges all over the globe to work together to create innovative, real-world solutions to social, economic, and environmental issues. Students will spend the month of June studying current trends to address these issues while learning a framework for how to develop an actionable approach to solve these challenges. Students will work directly with United Nations initiatives to consult about projects which impact the work of the United Nations in the Millennium Development Goals.
Summer session at Babson provide college students with the opportunity to work with Babson faculty and staff in an even more personal and accessible environment. Babson in the summer is not much different than any other semester. Learning concepts such as integrated curricula, cross-functional team teaching, and practical experience are all emphasized. Now, you get to enjoy some additional unique benefits—and the New England summer weather and culture!
Nondegree-Seeking Graduate Students
Graduate students currently in good academic standing and actively pursuing a graduate degree at another accredited academic institution are encouraged to spend one or more semesters at Babson as a Visiting Student. A Visiting Student cannot earn a graduate degree from Babson College, and admission to Babson College as a Visiting Student does not guarantee admission to the Graduate School. Learn more »
