This student leadership retreat is a weekend of professional development targeted towards BAN student leaders. 

The 2018 Leadership Retreat was held in Atlanta, Georgia June 1 - 3. Students, alumni, faculty, and staff attended the second annual leadership retreat hosted by the Black Affinity Network in collaboration with Babson College Student Affairs.  This retreat is a unique opportunity for individuals across the Babson community to bond, reflect and be inspired.  The 2018 retreat had over 50 student leaders attend this years rereat in Atlanta.  Read the full story: BAN Leadership Retreat blog

The 2017 retreat was held in June in Washington, D.C., and featured a trip to the new National Museum of African American History and Culture. This retreat offered a unique opportunity for individuals who joined us from many parts of the Babson community to bond, reflect, and find inspiration.
