Events

Babson offers more than 200 alumni events each year, around the world and in your own backyard.

These activities range from professional development and networking opportunities, to presentations by faculty and industry experts, to fun socials, and volunteer activities. Participating is a great way for you to stay connected to the College, and to your fellow alumni.

Babson IAN Global Startup Competition - Virtual Pitch Competition

Watch live as the finalists in the Babson IAN Global Startup Competition pitch their startups and compete for a $250,000 equity investment. The competition is organized by the Blank Center in partnership with the Indian Angel Network (IAN), the world’s largest business angel network. Babson students, alumni, faculty, staff, and parents around the world with startups ready for seed stage funding were invited to apply.

The Babson Black Affinity Network and the Babson Alumni Network cordially invite you to get into the Holiday Spirit and join us for a special evening of events. Erica has worked for two leading career management firms in the Boston area, a leading International relocation company, as well as in the Graduate and Undergraduate Centers for Career Development at Babson College. Erica also has a background in Organizational Development Consulting and is certified in Myers Briggs and Motivation Factor. 

Debbie Tyson brings 15 years of experience working within the fields of education, consulting, human resources, and program management. She’s a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.

- 501 (c3) nonprofit organization
- < $5 million in budget for FY 2017

Space is limited to 30 nonprofit organizations. All applicants will be notified via email on Monday, February 4, 2019. If selected, you must register your organization's representative by Wednesday, February 20,2019 or your slot will be forfeited.
