How do I update my contact information?

You may update your personal and business contact information via the Alumni Directory online. If you do not know or have your forgotten your username or password, please use the reset tool on the log in page. The reset information will be sent to the preferred email address that we have on file for you. Email alumrel@babson.edu with any questions.
 

What if I can’t remember my Username or Password?

How can I connect with fellow alumni?

There are many ways to network and connect with fellow alumni. You may tap into the Babson Alumni Mobile App, search for alumni in the Alumni Directory, join Babson’s various social media platforms, attend one or more of the 150 events we host globally each year, volunteer, or join a regional club.  
 

How can I connect with the Babson community via social media?

Babson boasts a strong presence on a plethora of social media sites, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, Pinterest, and Instagram. A comprehensive list of platforms and links to join each desired group can be found on the College’s Social Media page.
 

How do I share news about myself or a classmate with the College?

You may post a Class Note online, submit an item (with or without a photo) to Babson Magazine, or nominate yourself or an alum for one of our annual recognition awards—Alumni Volunteer Leadership Award, Alumni Entrepreneur Hall of Fame, or Rising Stars.  
 

How can I promote my business?

There are many channels to promote your business to fellow alumni, including the Alumni Business Directory section of the online directory, sending samples of your product(s) to the Alumni and Friends Network to be displayed in the Welcome Center and President’s Office, submitting a class note that includes a link to your business website, posting on our alumni social media pages, and attending networking events, to mention just a few of examples. Babson has some great resources to support your entrepreneurial endeavors, including The John E. and Alice L. Butler Venture Accelerator, Babson Alumni Supporting Entrepreneurs (BASE) program, and B.E.T.A. (Babson Entrepreneurial Thought and Action®) Alumni Challenge.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?

Contact the Registrar’s Office for a copy of your transcript.
 

How can I find out if there is an Alumni Club in my area?

Babson maintains more than 20 alumni clubs and networks around the world. Alumni clubs and networks offer social engagement, networking, professional development, and community service opportunities. Alumni volunteer leaders are instrumental in all aspects of program planning, including topic development and speaker recruitment. A Regional Club Tool Kit provides guidelines for existing groups and emerging ones to plan for leadership structure and activities.
 

What events may alumni attend and how can I find out about events?

Babson offers more than 150 events annually around the world. These activities range from professional development and networking opportunities, to presentations by faculty and industry experts, to fun socials, and volunteer activities. View a list of upcoming alumni events on our events page »
 

How do I volunteer?

There are many opportunities to serve as a volunteer. Regional clubs, Reunion committees, the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program, MCFE project sponsor, Lemonade Day, and Ghana/Rwanda service trip are just a few examples of the ongoing and one-day service opportunities in support of the College, fellow alumni, students, or your local community.
 

How do I volunteer to help students?

There are many opportunities to help current students, including participating in the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program (CLTP), hosting an Undergraduate or Graduate Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE), serving as a speaker for a career panel or one of the annual student-led forums, participating in Résumé Critique Night or the Mock Interview Program, or serving as an Admission alumni volunteer.
 

How do I post an internship or job opportunity for a Babson student or alumnus/a?

Babson maintains a shared campus platform, Career Connections, that will allow you to post opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students as well as alumni. Visit www.babson.edu/careerconnections and register your company and then post your position(s).
 

What student experiential learning opportunities may I support as an alum?

Babson welcomes alumni to serve as company sponsors for the Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE) and the Babson Consulting Alliance Project (BACAP), team-based academic programs that provide opportunities for students to work with local organizations to offer solutions to business challenges.  Please contact the Center for Career Development for more information. What resources do I have access to as an alum?

As an alumnus/a, you have access to an exciting array of resources and benefits designed to add value to your personal and professional life. Examples of these benefits include insurance discounts with Liberty Mutual, campus resources, including Babson Executive Education Conference Center and the Webster Athletic Center, online resources, including job postings and career resources, select research databases, and the Alumni Directory.
 

What academic centers are housed on campus?

The Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship, the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership, the Lewis Institute, the Retail Supply Chain Institute, and the Stephen D. Cutler Center for Investments and Finance provide Babson community members with access to thought leaders, faculty research, professional development programs, and networking opportunities.

May I still use the Babson Library?

Alumni who would like to use the on-campus library will need to obtain an alumni library card and can do so by contacting the Alumni and Friends Network at 781-239-4562. The College also provides alumni access to important resource databases to all alumni at no cost. And, you do not need an alumni Library card to access these databases. Many of these resources are password protected. You will need your Babson username and password to log in.​
