There are several programs from which to choose:

Babson College Alliance Program

BCAP is a team of five to seven Two-Year MBA students and a faculty advisor who are assigned to your company for the second semester of the student’s first year in the MBA program. This is an excellent way for a company to leverage MBA students.

Management Consulting Field Experience

The MCFE program provides the opportunity for you to resolve critical business problem through on of three possible formats:

  • MBA Management Consulting Field Experience - The MBA MCFE program is an excellent way for companies completing the BCAP program to continue their relationship with Babson graduate students in semester-long projects.
  • Undergraduate Management Consulting Field Experience - As a sponsoring company, you will offer a semester-long consulting project to undergraduate students.
  • Joint Management Consulting Field Experience - In the JMCFE program, student teams are typically comprised of Babson graduate students and graduate students from a partner institution outside of the United States. Each project begins with travel to the partner institution and/or your company site. At the end of the semester, the JMCFE team will present their finding to you on Babson’s campus.
Organizing for Effective Management

The OEM program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to see a real company in action, to discuss the challenges of managing people, operations, and cost with real managers and to analyze and make recommendations about real business issues from a variety of management perspectives. As a participating company, your time commitment consists of about 2 hours for a company tour and management discussion. You will also be invited to attend the final presentation to learn about what the students have observed from their visit to your company, as well as recommendations on a strategic issue or opportunity.

Global Management Program

As a host company, you offer an international consulting internship. These internships take place in Europe, Asia, Latin America or in the US for Babson’s international students. Internships take place during the summer and last 10–12 weeks.
