We strongly believe in the importance of engaging students in the career development process, enabling them to achieve their individual career goals. With the help of corporate partners, we work through counseling and education to help students integrate their academic and cocurricular experiences into internship and job-search strategies.
Undergraduate
Recruiting @ Babson: Recruit Babson talent in a few easy steps! Visit www.babson.edu/careerconnections, then select Register and Post Local Job to begin.
On-Campus Interviews: Let us schedule your first rounds, and use our interview suites for your hiring opportunities. The suites are even Skype-accessible!
Experience the Industry Trips: Host a group of pre-selected students to experience your industry/profession. This office visit is purely educational and a great opportunity to meet and greet top students. Typical office visits are 1½ hours.
Externships: Consider providing a student with an invaluable opportunity to job-shadow for a day, or two, or three, during school breaks. This is an excellent way to preview and identify Babson talent early.
Employer in Residence: Meet and advise students individually during walk-in hours on campus. This is a great way to enhance company brand and generate interest for your current and future recruiting opportunities.
Mock Interview Program: Employers and alumni conduct individual mock interviews and provide immediate, direct feedback to students on interviewing skills and style.
iChoose: iChoose is a career seminar that guides students through interactive activities that promote self-reflection, discovery of potential career paths, and goal setting. Employers may engage with students as they begin to learn about potential industries and careers, increasing company brand awareness.
Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE): Build relationships with students through a 12-week, project-oriented, consulting experience. Your company may sponsor an MCFE at no cost.
Organizing for Effective Management (OEM) Company Visits: Preview talent and build your brand by hosting our OEM students for a two-hour tour of your manufacturing or distribution center. Discuss business processes and answer questions from students focusing on production, manufacturing, and/or distribution. The students may even find a solution for a current challenge!
Professional Network (Pro-Net): Share your expertise with students by becoming a Pro-Net member today. Pro-Net connects current Babson students to industry professionals who can provide guidance and insight into their career development process.
Case Competition Sponsorship: Our student organizations host case competitions that would not be possible without the involvement and sponsorship of our corporate partners. Representatives from your company may join the competition as a judge or financial sponsor.
Connect on Campus: Set up an information table in high-traffic areas at Babson to build awareness and meet students.
Résumé Critique Night (September): Preview Babson’s talent by sharing your expertise with students and critiquing their résumé.
Career Expo (September): Promote your company while you meet Babson talent.
Internship Fair (February): A perfect way to meet and build a pipeline of intern talent, early in the recruiting process.
Summer Interview Day (June): If you have an immediate hiring need late spring or early summer, sign up for Summer Interview Day. This is a chance for your company to interview students on campus for your immediate need.

Employer in Residence : Spend an afternoon meeting with students individually during our walk-in hours on campus. Engage with students for short periods to review résumés, cover letters, and answer general career-related questions from a recruiter or hiring manager’s perspective.

Classroom Involvement: Join our faculty in the classroom as a guest speaker or sponsor an educational case study.
On-Campus Company Information Session and On-Campus Interviews : Deliver a company overview to a group of students on campus.
Industry and Function Executive Panels : Join us as an industry panelist during a more general industry-focused event. Participants typically give a brief overview of their company as well as a snapshot of his/her functional area of expertise as it relates to current industry trends and challenges.

Babson Consulting Alliance Program (BCAP): First-year students in the Two-Year program work on team consulting projects on behalf of an area company to resolve a specific problem or need.
Development Learning Partners: As a Developmental Learning Partner, you will help full-time MBA students explore options and put their drafted development plans to the test! Bring along your coaching mindset, career insights, real world perspective, and business expertise, and assist a student with their development plan through feedback.
Student Site Visits to Your Company : Host a group of pre-selected students at your offices for an office tour and presentation from hiring managers and/or human resources. This office visit is purely educational and a great opportunity to meet and greet top students.
Industry Roundtable Networking Events : These roundtable discussions provide an intimate setting for your company to share industry insight and career development tips to a hand-selected, focused group of students.
Recruiter Panels : Throughout the year, we bring in small panels of recruiters for Q&A sessions with the students. These events give students the inside information on how to get their applications noticed by recruiters.
