Lisha Wentworth, Senior Associate

Lisha Wentworth joined Ouellette & Associates in 1988. She trains and consults nationally with O&A's Fortune 1,000 clients. Her responsibilities include presenting at corporate IT retreats and events and facilitating O&A's workshop certification programs.

 

Lisha is an experienced IT instructor, course developer, and consultant in the areas of IT customer service, internal consulting, negotiating, communicating and marketing. She has been a keynote speaker for companies such as American Family Insurance, Bayer Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, and New York Life, and has been a guest lecturer in England and Spain on topics relating to future IT strategies. Clients invite Lisha back year after year because of her energy, humor, and ability to connect with and engage an audience. She effectively leverages her real world IT experience and subject matter expertise to motivate IT professionals at all levels to change how they work and collaborate with business partners.

 

Before joining O&A, Lisha served as a Project Manager at a nationally known health insurance provider where she coordinated and managed a company-wide initiative to strengthen the corporate data capabilities, resulting in the development of a new data warehouse.

 

Lisha collaborated with other O&A consultants to write Unleashing the Power of IT, a must-read book for IT leaders, launched in April 2011. She has been quoted in a number of publications including ComputerWorld and CIO Magazine.
