Ian Campbell is responsible for the company's investigative research approach, product set, and overall corporate direction. He is a recognized expert on the return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) and has written and presented extensively on a range of organizational topics. Also, Campbell is the author of numerous studies on quantifying the value of technology and is noted for his research identifying the human barriers to a successful technology deployment and the techniques that can be employed to maximize user acceptance of new technology.
He is frequently quoted in trade and business press and has shared his expertise as a repeat guest lecturer at Stanford University, the University of California at Berkeley, and Babson College.
Prior to joining Nucleus Research, Campbell was the Vice President at International Data Corporation where he managed a portfolio of research programs in the U.S. and Europe.
He holds an MBA from Babson College and a B.S. degree in computer science and economics from Northeastern University.
