Leading Project Teams: The Human Side of Performance
This program provides the knowledge, tools, and practical experience needed to move from an individual contributor to a capable and confident project leader.
The FasTeams® for Leaders system design provides a method for managing performance at every stage of the project lifecycle. Program participants will master several assessment and correction tools and apply them to their real teams.
