Coaching Inside the Organization: The Certification Program for Internal Coaches

Successful organizations are those that recognize high-potential employees and give them the tools they need to become top leadership talent. Internal coaches can more effectively navigate their company’s culture. Creating an internal coaching culture brings your company more effective communication, more productive interactions, and more economic value, both immediately and in the long-term. 

Over the course of this eight-day, three-module program, you’ll receive formal coaching certification from Babson, a ten-year leader in coaching education, and develop your skills to develop others. Participants bring at least two company-sponsored workplace challenges. These professional cases allow you to customize the program to your individual and organizational goals and focus on applying coaching concepts to actual business problems. 

You’ll complete at least one company-sponsored project by the end of the program, and have started solving at least one additional challenge. It’s an immediate return on investment for your organization, and a chance for you to learn by doing.
