Message from the Dean

Through our work with a wide range of clients around the world, we know well that companies are always looking for new sources of growth and innovation. In this issue, we explore the integral role that people play in driving value creation within an organization.

In an organizational context, managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs each offer a unique set of skills while internal coaching provides an effective way to drive performance through your top talent. Additionally, we take a look at outsider entrepreneurs who provide outstanding examples of entrepreneurial leadership and visionary alternatives to the conventional. We look forward to hearing your ideas on these topics.

Regards,
Elaine Eisenman
Dean of Babson Executive and Enterprise Education
