Reinvention is a key practice of entrepreneurs. In this issue, we explore how entrepreneurial leaders inside organizations are reinventing the way we think about opportunity development, though it is rarely a comfortable job for them. The Zumba® case study is a particularly interesting example of how two leaders reinvented their careers after failure, then continually experimented to rethink their target customers. Our third article focuses on the concept of the "enterprise" as a reinvented way of thinking about how to inspire bolder leadership.
