Professor Carenzo teaches Business Law in the undergraduate program. He is a graduate of Babson College majoring in Accounting and Communications. After Babson, he attended law school and has practiced corporate law for 15 years in both the financial services and healthcare sectors. He is currently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Hologic, Inc., a $1.7 billion revenue diagnostics and medical device company where he focuses on commercial contracting, M&A, regulatory and compliance, and litigation matters. He is a member of the bar in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
