James Davis

Lecturer in Rhetoric

 

James Davis has a Ph.D. in philosophy from Boston University and has taught history, English, and philosophy for sixteen years at Boston University Academy.  He has also been an instructor at Merrimack College, Boston University, and Johns Hopkins's Center for Talented Youth program.  His research interests include ancient philosophy, history of philosophy, philosophy of religion, and existentialism.  He is also involved with writing curricula for introducing philosophy at the precollege level.
