Bruce Freedman serves as a Senior Advisor to AMB Property Corporation and Vice Chairman of its Investment Committee. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance and investment having served as Executive Vice President of AMB, President of Allmerica Realty Advisors, and Principal of Aldrich Eastman and Waltch. Mr. Freedman is a cum laude graduate of Babson College. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds the CRE designation from the American Society of Real Estate Counselors. His charitable and community services activities include Trustee of Newton Wellesley Hospital Charitable Foundation and Advisory Board member of the Posse Foundation.
