Professor Nedder has delivered numerous programs on leadership, team dynamics, influence and change management to executive audiences and to MBA candidates at Babson College.
Professor Nedder has spent over 20 years dealing with complex organizational issues in companies from initial startups to large scale, international enterprises. He is currently serving as the Head of Talent Management for Fidelity Asset Management.
Professor Nedder previously served as Chief Executive Officer of SofCheck, Inc where he oversaw the successful launch of the business including securing outside funding, initial product launch and the establishment of initial distribution channels and alliances. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Operating Officer at Availant, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business including alliance and client management, and the worldwide delivery of consulting, systems integration, education and development services. Availant’s clients included IBM, Compaq and EMC. Prior to Availant, Professor Nedder was a Director and Practice Leader at Cambridge Technology Partners where he focused on organizational transformation services, knowledge management and the enterprise-wide deployment of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies. During that time he led engagements with such clients as Xerox, Unilever, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Fannie Mae, Hasbro and Putnam.
Professor Nedder began his career as a member of General Electric's highly selective Edision Engineering Management program.
Professor Nedder currently serves on the boards of several local companies.
