Managing Talent: Your Own and Others (MTYOO)

The MTYOO course gives full-time MBA students an opportunity to learn about talent management through self-applied concepts and the creation of a personal developmental learning plan.

MTYOO Program Structure

MBA Candidates will build a developmental plan utilizing:

  • Career Anchors (A Career Visionary Inventory)
  • DISC (A Leadership Style Self-Assessment)
  • The Babson MBA Blue 360 (Multi Rater Feedback Survey)
  • An assigned Developmental Learning Partner (DLP)

Developmental Learning Partners

We are currently looking for volunteers who have 7+ years’ experience and industry knowledge to work one-on-one with students as a Developmental Learning Partner.

What do we need from you?

As a Developmental Learning Partner, you will help full-time MBA students explore options and put their drafted development plans to the test! Bring along your coaching mindset, career insights, “real world” perspective, and business expertise and assist a student with their development plan through feedback!

  • Training: One Evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. - dates to be announced
  • Commitment: One Morning (Winter Session) or One Evening (Summer Session) - dates to be announced
  • Assignment: Two to Three MBA Students
  • Time: 45 minutes per assigned student
