International Students

Babson’s vision—of education as well as business—is a global one.

Our integrated curriculum supports this perspective by offering multiple opportunities for you to broaden your classroom experience through exposure to the global marketplace. All Two-Year MBA students are expected to have significant international experience prior to graduation. Many students meet this requirement through a semester abroad at our partner business schools in Europe and Asia or through an international consulting internship. Additionally, you are encouraged to participate in short-term Off-Shore Electives offered in more than ten countries, pursue a concentration in Global Management, or experience international business challenges first-hand through our Joint Management Consulting Field Experience (J-MCFE) Program.

In alignment with Babson’s global vision, the incoming full-time MBA student population is over 40% international, providing significant opportunity for you to learn about other cultures and address evolving global business challenges. Over 25 languages are spoken by Babson faculty including Arabic, Gujarati, Mandarin, and Slovene. Each year students from other well-respected business schools around the world participate in exchange programs with Babson College, recognizing us as the leader in entrepreneurial and management education. Additionally, as a student you will have the opportunity to take part in internationally focused, co-curricular organizations and activities including the Babson Asia-Pacific Students’ Association (BAPSA), the Latin American Forum, the Black Student Union, and the Babson Islamic Organization.
