Recruiting
The Graduate Center for Career Development offers many opportunities for students to connect with potential employers throughout the year. As a result, many students identify internship and full-time employment opportunities through our on-campus programs.
Internships
Many students chose to seek out summer and/or academic year internships to apply their classroom learning and prior experience in an existing business. Through a variety of programs, 97% of the Two-Year MBA class of 2012 were able to land a summer internship.
Experiential Learning
Learn more about Babson’s unique experiential learning program. Students receive an integrated approach to education by experiencing working with a company first hand.
Recruiting Events
Between September and April every year, employers come to Babson to meet students, for both internship and full-time job opportunities. Some of our most popular employer recruiting programs include:
Company Trek: Visit a company for an office tour and presentation from hiring managers and/or human resources.
Employer in Residence: Get career and job search advice from our employers in residence during our “walk-in” hours on campus.
Information Session: Listen to an information session about a company hiring at Babson. Sessions are delivered by company HR and/or hiring managers.
