On Campus Recruiting
Between September and April every year, employers come to Babson to meet our students, for both internship and full-time job opportunities. Generally held a few days prior to the resume collection deadline for an on-campus recruiting opportunity, some companies choose to hold a presentation to provide more detailed information about the company and available positions.
Leading up to an employer’s visit on campus, the employer will typically post the available jobs on Career Connections. When the employer chooses to hold the first round of interviews, the CCD office coordinates an interview schedule and offers support through group preparation meetings and interview practice. Sample on-campus recruiting activities include company information sessions, employers in residence and company treks.
