Where You Will Live

Woodside

Woodside is a community of graduate students that live in a wing connected to the Babson Executive Education Center. There are 51 individual rooms occupied by graduate students-34 on the first floor and 17 on the second floor. Each room is a fully furnished room with a queen sized bed, dresser, desk/table, and seating furniture. Residents will have a private bedroom/living space and bathroom; There are two large kitchens shared by residents living here. Each kitchen is equipped with multiple stovetops, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves. There is also plenty of storage space for your kitchenware and appliances. Each resident will receive their own refrigerator/microwave unit that is placed within the Woodside room. This is a perfect location for a single student who is on the go and looking for a community feel while living on campus. Since offering this option to graduate students in summer of 2009, this has quickly become one of our most popular places to live on campus!

Woodland Hill

Woodland Hill is a community of graduate students, staff, and faculty that live just up the road from Woodside. The location is about a quarter mile walk to Olin Graduate School building. There are 29 apartments occupied by graduate students in Woodland Hill. These apartments range from single occupancy studios to large two bedroom apartments. See below for details regarding the number of apartments available each year. Each apartment is fully furnished (you can request to have it unfurnished) and has its own bedroom and/or living space, bathroom, and private kitchen. Woodland Hill is a tranquil hideaway from the rest of campus, but still has a great community feel with a large outdoor area to relax, barbecue, and spend time with family and friends. There is also a common area in Woodland Hill Building 4 that all graduate students are welcome to use for studying, exercising, and events.
