Fellowships, Scholarships, and Assistantships

Babson welcomes MBA students from around the world. International students are automatically considered for merit-based aid programs at Babson. Fellowships, scholarships, and assistantships are awarded to the most highly-qualified MBA candidates on the basis of academic, professional, and personal merit. No separate application is required. If selected, recipients are notified at the time of acceptance.
The need-based Canadian Scholarship is awarded to Canadian citizens, with preference to students who attended McGill University. Apply by completing a College Scholarship Service PROFILE form online.
Babson College, in partnership with the Fundación Mexicana Para La Educación (FUNED), offers up to two (2) $10,000 scholarships annually to selected incoming MBA or MS students who are Mexican nationals.  FUNED is a not-for-profit private foundation whose mission is to help Mexican college graduates develop their potential to become leaders in their country.  The agreement provides the opportunity for incoming MBA and MS students who receive a FUNED Scholarship from Babson to apply for a loan from FUNED covering up to 40% of the total educational cost, not to exceed $20,000 for one year and $40,000 for two years.
There is no separate application for the FUNED Scholarship at Babson; Mexican nationals will be considered based on their admission application materials.  Candidates are subject to the normal admission requirements and merit award criteria established by Babson College.  Scholarship recipients will be notified at the time of admission, at which point they will be linked to the Foundation for additional information about the FUNED Loan.  Recipients who are in the Two Year MBA program who continue in good academic standing will have the FUNED Scholarship renewed for their second academic year at Babson.
