Entrepreneurs Take Center Stage

World Stage 2011

This past April, Babson’s World Stage event celebrated the power of entrepreneurship, honoring three outstanding entrepreneurs who have helped influence our sense of style and the way we view the world.

Eileen Fisher founded and developed a hugely successful women’s clothing line, while father and son Ralph and Brian Roberts grew Comcast Corp. into the nation’s largest cable and Internet service provider. All three were inducted into Babson’s Academy of Distinguished Entrepreneurs, and all three were celebrated for their vision and courage to take hold of a good idea and build on it—in a word, entrepreneurship.
