The multi-year effort encompassed the construction of a new residence hall, continued renovations to existing residence halls, the creation of classroom and meeting spaces, and the development of an outdoor quad to complement and enhance the surrounding undergraduate living/learning environment.
Its location amongst other residence halls and academic buildings on the Wellesley campus serves to strengthen the tight-knit Babson community, affording them more opportunities for spontaneous interaction and collaboration in the heart of campus.
Adjacent to this complex is the recently developed Tomasso Quad, encompassing Tomasso Hall, Luksic Hall, the
Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship, and Park Manor West. This signature landscape space features tree plantings and a series of stepped benches that face a new plaza in front of Tomasso Hall.
“We are excited to welcome first-year and returning undergraduate students to the Park Manor Quad residential complex,” said Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students
Lawrence P. Ward. “The transformation of the Park Manors Quad complex represents a tremendous investment in the quality of the shared living and learning experience on campus, and I look forward to students using the space to its fullest potential.”
