Babson’s Blended Learning MBA earns top spot for academics, selectivity, faculty, career outcomes, and more
The F.W. Olin Graduate School at Babson College has been recognized as a global leader in online education according to The Princeton Review and
Entrepreneur magazine in their 2017
Top 25 Online MBA Programs ranking.
Blended Learning MBA Program earned the No. 8 spot worldwide, and No. 7 in the U.S.
The list is the first ranking of online MBA programs that is based on both surveys of administrators at the schools and of students enrolled in the schools' online MBAs.
“We are pleased that The Princeton Review and
Entrepreneur magazine recognize the value of the Babson Blended Learning MBA program, which allows students to combine online classes, face-to-face sessions on campus, and virtual collaboration so they can make the most of their time, learning, and investment,” said former Babson Graduate School Dean
The Princeton Review's feature offers advice for applicants and in-depth profiles of each school. In the Babson profile, The Princeton Review cites Babson’s “fantastic reputation” and “laser focus” and quotes from Babson’s students enrolled in its online MBA program who said, "The quality of the classes and especially of the professors has far exceeded my expectations," while another tells us, "This experience has been top flight, [and] the staff continue to impress on a large scale."
"We strongly recommend Babson College Graduate School as an outstanding choice for anyone considering an online MBA," said Robert Franek, The Princeton Review Senior VP/Publisher. "Its program is exceptionally strong both academically and in the many ways it maximizes technology that enables students to interact with and learn from its superlative faculty and students all over the world."
Franek noted the deep satisfaction that Babson students and students at other top schools on the 2017 list reported about their online programs: "94 percent told us they believe their online MBA will have a positive impact on their careers."
The Princeton Review and
Entrepreneur magazine chose the schools based on its surveys in 2016 of 90 institutions offering online MBAs and of about 3,800 students enrolled in the online MBAs, plus graduates of the online programs. Data points were weighted in more than 60 unique fields to tally the final list. Criteria focused on five areas: academics, selectivity, faculty, technical platforms, and career outcomes.
