For telephone support for computer-related problems and inquiries during normal business hours, contact the IT Service Center. Service Center staff will troubleshoot and help resolve your problem. The IT Service Center may be contacted at 781-239-4357 (HELP).
Walk-in support is provided for undergraduate students and faculty/staff with Babson-issued laptop computers as well as for graduate students with Lenovo's purchased through the MBA Laptop Purchase offer.
Limited walk-in support is provided for Graduate Students with non-Babson-owned laptops. Due to liability concerns, the IT Service Center staff cannot repair non-Babson-owned laptops. We recommend you contact the retailer or the laptop manufacturer; additionally, we can refer you to a third-party service provider.

Note: You may also submit a support ticket online at any time. Tickets submitted online or via e-mail will be processed within one business day. Tickets submitted after 2PM on Friday may not be processed until Monday. Tickets submitted on Holidays or over Christmas Break will not be processed until the College's next business day.
