Eric Palson
Manager, eLearning Multimedia & Production

Eric Palson is the Senior Manager, eLearning Multimedia & Production. His responsibilities for the group are in the areas of production, development, usability, and multimedia (including video/audio production/post production).

Eric's areas of expertise include user interface design, print design, marketing, and advertising. Before joining Babson College, he worked for a number of consulting and design firms, including Nextera Enterprises. Eric also co-founded the design firm Drive Thru Designs, where he is currently on the board of directors. In addition to his work at CITG, Eric is a part-time faculty member at Emerson College and Suffolk University, where he teaches Web and graphic design.

Eric holds a BA in advertising and graphic design from Loyola College in Maryland as well as an MBA from Babson College (M'09). His postgraduate studies also include media theory at Emerson College.

Lauren Belmont
Senior eLearning Instructional/Curriculum Designer

Lauren Belmont is a Senior eLearning Instructional/Curriculum Designer at CITG. Lauren's background includes instructional design, project management, medical writing, and technical writing. Lauren's consulting experience in instructional design focused particularly on eLearning and synchronous training. Prior to joining Babson, Lauren was a project manager and medical writer for Custom Learning Designs, a training company that develops multimedia learning systems for the pharmaceutical industry. Lauren also has a background in software documentation as a technical writer for Art Technology Group.

Lauren completed her master's coursework in Technical and Scientific Communication at Miami University and holds a BA in English from Emory University.

Matthew McGuire
Senior eLearning Developer / Platform Manager

Matthew McGuire is a Senior eLearning Developer / Platform Manager at CITG. Prior to joining CITG at Babson, Matthew spent over 10 years working independently and with some of the best educational software development firms creating interactive solutions for institutions and publishers and museums including MIT, Boston University, Houghton Mifflin, Harcourt School Publishers, and The Franklin Institute. Matthew brings to Babson a broad range of experience to CITG, including project management, development, QA and Application and IT support.

Matthew holds a BA from Clark University.

Mark Graveline
eLearning Production Assistant

Mark Graveline is an eLearning Production Assistant at CITG and is responsible for contributing to video production, web design, graphic design, and Quality Control.

Having earned his bachelor of science in Electronic Media, Arts, & Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Mark brings a background in electronic media (video, print, & web), technology, and design. His first experience developing blended learning curricula comes from his work-study employment at RPI's Education for Working Professionals where he directed video production of classes, designed PowerPoint presentations for professors, and maintained course websites.

After graduating from RPI, Mark was recruited by Interprint Inc, a worldwide leader in the décor printing industry. During his four years at Interprint, Mark used his analytical and creative energies to bring the reprographic process, unique to the industry, in-house, whereupon he was charged with the responsibility of creating and managing Interprint's Reprographics Department and training its personnel.
