Setting Up Mail and iCal for Mac for Exchange 2011

 

Step1: Launch Mail from the dock.

Step 2: Fill in your full name, and your Babson e-mail address and password as seen below. Click Continue.

Step 3: Leave the default options checked the click the Create button.

Your Babson account will be set up for e-mail, contacts (using Address Book) and calendar (using iCal). The calendaring functions are more limited with iCal than Outlook 2011 for Mac, especially in terms of shared calendars.
