- Click on Start, select Settings,then select Control Panel and in the upper right corner of the window type Mail in the search area.

- Double-click on the Mail icon.

- Click on the E-mail Accounts button.

- By default, Email Account will already by selected, so just click Next. On the next screen, if it's not already filled in, enter your name, e-mail address and password. Click Next.

- You will see the following box while the server automatically detects your settings.

- If you're off campus, you might see a box like the one below. Enter your Babson password and click OK.

- Click Finish. Your account is now set up for use with Outlook 2010!

- Open Outlook. You will see this progress bar as it launches for the first time. Once Outlook opens, your e-mail account is now ready for use. Click on the Inbox to see your messages.
